JOBS…JOBS…JOBS…
The US Census is looking for nearly 90 individuals in the
Bath/Woolwich/Arrowsic/Georgetown/Phippsburg area for good, part-time work.
In these times of high unemployment the only challenge is getting the word out that these good jobs exist.
Maybe there is someone in you know who would be interested in at least inquiring about the details.
The basics are these:
Workers must be 18
The work takes place during evenings and on weekends
Up to 40 hours each week
The pay is $13.25 per hour plus 50 cents a mile
Census workers will go door-to-door
The work takes place in the locality where the worker lives
The hours are VERY flexible; schedules are up to the worker
Work will begin in March and run into April for 4-5 weeks
The process of applying is very simple:
the interested person calls the 800 number and schedules to take a basic 30 minute test.
The tests are given very frequently in Bath, West Bath and Phippsburg. And that’s it.
